Poitou-Charentes holiday winners announced!

Barbara Smith from Staffordshire in the UK was the person who received a surprise phone call from us on Wednesday, and she was over the moon, saying "..I'm really excited, and it has made my week."  She added "we have never been to Poitou-Charentes before, and the last time I was in France was about 20 years ago."

Barbara found the competition whilst searching for holidays in France, and she was impressed by the Guide2 website, saying "I loved the site, especially because it contains factual information, not people's opinions."  She added "there's lots of really good content on there, and I had a good browse through it."

Whilst Barbara opted for Judith Chalmers, Jean Remo, Jamie Oliver, Morgan Freeman and Brad Pitt in her competition entry, she has since changed her mind and will instead take husband Andrew, and her four children Jeremy (13), Drew (10), Elliot (9) and Oscar (10 months).  Congratulations Barbara, and from the Guide2 team we hope you all have a great time!
