Where to Buy Well Hung Beef

I have tried so many different types of French beef and must be doing something wrong. I know the French don't hang their beef as long as UK butchers, hence it is not as tender but can anyone recommend sources for cuts of beef, such as fillet and ribs of beef on the bone?Think the 'ole man' is getting a bit fedup with my Boeuf Bourguignon.
