This beautful barn conversion offers private accommodation for you during your stay.

For those wishing to visit in the colder month, the gite has a wood burning stove in the lounge and the remaining rooms have electric central heating.

It is situated within our home grounds at Ferme de Chouettes, La Salmonie.

The property sleeps 4 plus a baby. There is a spacious 'L' shaped family bedroom, which separates for privacy, with a double bed, bunk beds and cot if required. The en-suit bathroom is complete with bath and shower cubicle, a fully fitted kitchen with large dining / lounge area. It has English satellite TV/DVD.

The gite has a south facing garden with patio area, table & chairs and BBQ, sun loungers for the lawn, a boules area (with boules), a splash pool and swings for children. 

As this is a working farm environment, we would ask that any child is supervised by an adult whilst staying at la Chouette.

WELCOME PACK

We will provide you with a basic welcome hamper of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, cheese, paté, butter, free-range eggs, juice and a bottle of wine. May we suggest that if you are arriving on a Saturday you have sufficient food to see you through the weekend as the main supermarkets are closed on a Sunday. There is, however, a mini market in Chabanais and one in Massignac, which are also open Sunday mornings.

LINEN

A mid-stay linen change is available if required. There will be no extra charge for this service.

CLEANING

Guests are requested to clean the accommodation and leave it as they would wish to find it, so as not to spoil the next person's holiday. All necessary cleaning materials are provided.
