This little house which sleeps two people (plus a baby), was originally a carpenter's cottage and has been thoughtfully renovated to provide a warm, comfortable home for you during your stay, with availability throughout the year for those wishing to visit during the colder months.

It has a double bedroom (Cot if required), en-suite bathroom with shower, fully fitted kitchen / lounge with English satellite TV/DVD.

The large garden has been well screened to allow you privacy so you can enjoy a barbeque or a dip in the splash pool.

It is situated in the lovely market town of Chabanais with its beautiful river, La Vienne. There are superb restaurants and many shops, with the supermarket being less than a kilometre away.

WELCOME PACK

We will provide you with a basic welcome hamper of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, bread, cheese, paté, butter, free-range eggs, juice and a bottle of wine. May we suggest that if you are arriving on a Saturday you have sufficient food to see you through the weekend as the main supermarkets are closed on a Sunday. There is, however, a mini market in Chabanais and one in Massignac, which are also open Sunday mornings.

LINEN

A mid-stay linen change is available if required. There will be no extra charge for this service.

CLEANING

Guests are requested to clean the accommodation and leave it as they would wish to find it, so as not to spoil the next person's holiday. All necessary cleaning materials are provided.
