Description:

There are 20 mobile homes some with 2, some with 3 bedrooms. They are all fully equipped for your holiday stay. In the kitchens there is a full size cooker and fridge with freezer compartment. All crockery and cutlery, for the amount of people able to use the mobile home, is supplied, plus all the important cooking utensils. There is a shower room in each mobile home some with separate toilets. In the bedrooms duvets and pillows are provided, bed linen can be supplied at a small extra cost.
All the mobile homes have patio table and chairs and parasol or gazebo for shade. All our holidaymakers have access to a barbecue.

There are 25 pitches for tents and touring caravans with electric hook-ups available. There are showers, washbasins and toilets available for holiday makers using the campsite. There is a washing machine available and there are rotary driers throughout the campsite.

Facilities

The outdoor pool is 14 metres by 6 metres and is heated to a temperature of 28 degrees. For your safety there is a security fence and gate around the pool conforming to EU regulations. Other facilities include a terrain de petanque including sets of boules. There is a basket ball net, swings and a table tennis table. We have some bikes which we are happy to lend for your enjoyment.

Our own bar is the Bar Oasis. The opening times vary throughout the season, we are usually closed on a Monday, but in July and August we are open every evening. Lunches are available by reservation, and meals are available every evening from 7pm. The style of menu is hot fast food with specials at the weekends. Prices start at 5 euros for a croque monsieur and chips with a salad garnish. The bar is fully licensed and many local French people often come to drink at the Oasis so it is perfect for meeting people and practising your French.
There is regular entertainment in the Bar Oasis, in the summer there is live music, theme nights and karaoke. During the week we often have quizzes and a weekly wine tasting with a local sommelier, Thierry Berson. For some events there is a small charge, e.g. the winetasting is about 3.50 euros per person). As events are booked for the next season they will be added to the diary so check back regularly to see our summer calendar.

Area

Our area is a fantastic place to explore. There is so much to discover just around every corner.
For the sporty types there is karting, horseriding, canoeing, golf, walking and cycling.
The towns nearby such as Saumur, Angers, Brissac Quincé and Montreuil Bellay, have great chateaux, restaurants and shops .

We are in the heart of the Anjou region so you are never far away from a wine ‘cave' where wine tasting is an absolute must. Try the rosés, and the fruity whites and the light Anjou rouge.

Nearly every weekend there is a fete at one of the villages in the area. In our local village there is a Fete de la Moule where you can join the locals eating 'moules et frites', listening to music and soaking up the atmosphere.
One of the best festivals is just 10 minutes away at Aubigné sur Layon. This is a music, local crafts and wine festival. Viticulturers display their wines matched with fabulous food. Everywhere you go in the village there is live jazz, folk, choral and blues music to listen to. This Fete is usually held on the last Sunday of August.

Other great days out are The Zoo at Doué la Fontaine, Futuroscope at Poitiers, Puy du Fou at Epesses and the advenure park and fishing villages at Moncoutant.
