A tastefully restored traditional Charentaise barn, suitable for six people and cot, with private gardens and BBQ area with BBQ, patio table and chairs with parasol.

Three bedrooms, 2 with double bed and one twin room. Master Bedroom with floor level windows overlooking the sunflower fields with ensuite wc and basin.

Luxury bathroom with French slipper bath, 120/120 walk in shower, twin basins and wc.

Beautiful traditional finished French kitchen with all modern appliances.

The main bathroom and the second double bedroom overlook our stunning 12/6 metre swimming pool

Dinning area and lounge, complete with wood burning stove with warm air conducts to all accommodation when needed.

This converted barn also has WIFI access and benefits from a vaulted hallway and ceilings upstairs.

Complimentary welcome hamper.

All linen, bed linen, tea towels, hand, bath and pool towels provided.

Non Smoking.  Ashtrays provided for use in your garden and patio area.

Private Parking space.

Cot, highchair, changing mat and baby bath, supplied at no extra cost.

Onsite laundry room.

Complimentary supply of logs for wood burning stove (available from 1st November until 30th April). Any wood required outside of this time is charged at 10 Euro per load.

Swimming Pool

Our 12/6 m fully enclosed pool is open from approx. April through to October weather and temperature permitting.

Towels are provided for pool use.

Adjacent to the pool we have a play area for children, with swing, sandpit and various toys. Also soft ball area and petanque.

The pool has a security gate which also has a child proof lock.

Smoking not permitted in the pool area

Other information - Bed and breakfast per person per night available £30.00 per person per night. Not available July-August and December.
